        The 2026 INFORMS GDN Appreciation for Outstanding Service Award was conferred on<\/p>

        Liping Fang<\/strong><\/p>

        in recognition of his exceptional contributions to the INFORMS Group Decision and Negotiation (GDN) Section. He has been a member of the GDN Section, since several years and served on the GDN Section Board for eight years, being President of the Section (2023\u20132025). As a committed and active member of the GDN community, he played a key role in organizing the first virtual GDN conference in 2021, following the cancellation of GDN 2020, which had been scheduled to take place in Toronto under his organization, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He has made significant contributions to GDN conferences as a stream chair, a keynote speaker, a co-editor of conference proceedings and award committees. He has also been a Program Co-Chair and a general co-Chair of numerous GDN Conferences. Since several years, he has served on the Editorial Board of the GDN journal and is Departmental Editor of Applied Game Theory and Social Choice area.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
