Update on GDN 2021: 21st<\/sup> International Conference on Group Decision and Negotiation<\/span><\/b><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The preparation for a virtual GDN 2021 conference is going well. We would like to provide an update on preparing for GDN 2021 (http:\/\/gdnconference.org\/gdn2021\/ ).<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Accepted GDN 2020 Submissions<\/span><\/b>. As announced on March 25, 2020, <\/span>submissions accepted for GDN 2020 are automatically accepted for GDN 2021. We welcome authors, whose submissions were accepted by GDN 2020, to present their work at GDN 2021.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Full-length and extended abstracts accepted for GDN 2020 have been published in the 2020 Springer or Local Conference Proceedings. We would like to ask the authors of the submissions accepted by GDN 2020, who are interested to present their work at GDN 2021, to send one-paragraph abstracts to GDN 2021 using the EasyChair submission system by April 9, 2021. Kindly follow the format provided in the conference template when preparing such abstracts. We have created a special stream entitled \u201cAccepted for GDN 2020\u201d for those abstracts on the EasyChair submission system. Please select this stream when you upload your one-paragraph abstract. Those abstracts will be included in the GDN 2021 Local Conference Proceedings. Since those abstracts will also appear in the GDN 2021 Local Proceedings, we encourage you to properly modify the title and abstract so that they are different from ones that appeared.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

For those authors whose short abstracts were accepted for GDN 2020, but not included in the GDN 2020 Local Proceedings, please send your abstracts to GDN 2021 using the EasyChair submission system by April 9, 2021 to indicate your interest in presenting your paper at GDN 2021 and select the \u201cAccepted for GDN 2020\u201d stream.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>GDN 2021 Presentations<\/span><\/b>. We plan to hold GDN 2021 virtually using the Zoom platform. A 15-minute live or pre-recorded presentation will be scheduled for each paper. However, in order to avoid potential issues arising because of internet connectivity, we would like to ask each presenter to send us a 15-minute pre-recorded presentation in advance. Details about how to send the recorded presentations will be communicated later.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>GDN 2021 Registration Fees<\/span><\/b>. We have reduced the GDN 2021 Registration Fees significantly. Please see the attached file for details. Registration page and payment by credit cards will be operational soon.<\/span><\/p>

Important Updated Information about GDN 2021 Format dated January 25, 2021<\/span><\/b><\/p>

Given the current status of COVID-19 pandemic, it has been decided that GDN 2021 will be held at the scheduled dates of June 6 to 10, 2021, virtually (online) in its entirety. Presentation scheduling will take into account time zones of presenters. Registration fees will be revised and lower.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
