Send the signed\u00a0<strong><em><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #00ccff;\" href=\"http:\/\/gdnconference.org\/gdn2021\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Contract_Book_Contributor_Consent_to_Publish_LNBIP_SNA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Springer copyright form<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/strong> via email &lt;<a href=\"mailto:gdn2021@gdnconference.org\">gdn2021@gdnconference.org<\/a>&gt;<span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">\u00a0<\/span>is mandatory for publication. One author may sign the form on behalf of the other authors. In this case, the author signs and accepts the responsibility for releasing this material on behalf of any and all co-authors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Authors must provide their\u00a0<strong>final paper as a pdf file<\/strong>\u00a0as well as <strong>all source files<\/strong>\u00a0(Word file or LaTeX files with all associated style files, special fonts, references as Bbl files and eps files) send via email &lt;<a href=\"mailto:gdn2021@gdnconference.org\">gdn2021@gdnconference.org<\/a>&gt;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>At least one of the authors must\u00a0<strong>be registered for the conference<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>by <\/strong>\u00a0for the paper to be published in the proceedings. Registration information is provided<span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">\u00a0<a style=\"color: #00ccff;\" href=\"http:\/\/gdnconference.org\/gdn2021\/registration\/\">here<\/a><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions for authors of Abstracts, Extended Abstracts and Full Papers for Local Proceedings<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Researchers decide what\u00a0they submit: Abstracts,\u00a0 extended abstracts or full papers report either on\u00a0completed research or research-in-progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>In the Local Proceedings, the authors of accepted papers will retain the copyright of their papers.\u00a0After\u00a0the reviewing process, the authors could choose to replace their full\u00a0paper in the Local Proceedings for abstract only. However, to be\u00a0considered for the Conference Awards evaluation process, those papers\u00a0should be available as full papers in the Local Proceedings, which\u00a0will be on a stick that is given only to conference participants, at\u00a0the beginning of the conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">\u00a0Instructions and templates are also provided for abstracts\/extended abstracts\/full papers written with <a href=\"http:\/\/gdnconference.org\/gdn2021\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/gdn2020_shortpaper_extended_abstract_template.doc\"><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Microsoft Word<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Paper submission procedure<\/h3>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">All submissions are handled through the\u00a0<span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #00ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=gdn2021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EasyChair<\/a><\/span>\u00a0conference management system; to submit please follow the following steps:<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">1. Prepare your paper according to the instructions given above and save it as a pdf file.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">2. Log in to\u00a0<span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #00ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=gdn2021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EasyChair<\/a><\/span>\u00a0using your account (or create one if you do not have it);<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">3. Choose Author option when selecting gdn2021 conference in EasyChair;<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">4.
